NEW DELHI: IGNOU is set to introduce an online study guide for its students. Announcing the initiative, IGNOU Pro-Vice Chancellor K R Srivathsan said the online web-accessible system will be a two-way learning support for all the students. IGNOU Chief Public Relations Officer Ravi Mohan said an online query management system and a call centre will be established to help the students in clearing their doubts.
